Villa Audreyada is located on a quiet residential estate, in Mijas Costa, The villa borders the Mijas Race Course, and the new El Chaparral golf course is due to open in Summer 2005. Located 600 metres from the beach, the villa is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops, and is only 20 minutes from the airport by car or taxi. It is on the bus route to Fuengirola, Marbella, Benalmadena and Puerto Banus. The blue flag beach of La Cala provides all the water sports including parasending and water skiing.

A luxury 3 bedded villa,with its own heated pool (Seasonal), set within a tropical garden which has banana trees, olive trees, lemons and oranges.

Los Galapagos is ideally situated on the popular Riviera Del Sol urbanisation within walking distance to all amenities including banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach, moped hire, car hire, and Princess Diana Park. Max beach does very nice meals, and is located on the beach. Georges bar is also very reasonably priced, whilst on the other end of the scale if you want something special, El Oceana restaurant is expensive but special. You will need to book in advance for this restaurant. Davids bar is very popular with the holiday makers, and there is a nice Chinese restaurant which also does take aways. The bus stop is again located 2 minutes walk and you can get buses into Marbella, Fuengirola, Calahonda, and La Cala.

No need for a car!

The property can sleep up to 8 persons as two “put-you-up” beds are available at no extra charge. The townhouse is situated within a 5 minute walk to a picturesque courtyard approximately 5 minutes walk away which provides a small supermarket, hairdresser, estate agents, gift shop, Fino’s wine bar and an absolutely lovely coffee shop/restaurant. There is a good-sized communal pool about 20 metres from the house.

The house has both sea and golf views and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the many bars and restaurants situated within the port of Duquesa. Duquesa Marina is one of the prettiest and unspoilt marinas on the Costa del Sol, situated between 2 blue flag beaches. The port of Duquesa boasts a wide range of amenities including a supermarket, banks, butcher, pizza outlet, fish and chip shop and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants which include Chinese, Indian, Italian, English, Mexican and Spanish cuisine.

Duquesa is fast becoming a favourite with golfers due to the proximity of some of Europe’s finest golf courses. Combine this with the beautiful and peaceful setting of Duquesa itself and it is no surprise so many golfers are coming back. Duquesa’s own golf and country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course and overlooks the Mediterranean with views to North Africa and Gibraltar.

TRAVEL TIME FROM AIRPORTS:

Malaga airport is a 50min. drive on the AP7 toll road or 1hr 10mins on the coastal N340. Gibraltar airport is a 25min. drive to the apartment. A taxi can be taken but car hire is recommended.
