Set in ´The orchard` amidst orange and lemon trees the bungalows have been individually designed by architects Diseño Earle S.L and the Interior decorating has been provided by Spencer Interiors S.L. The bungalows have been designed to blend in with the idyllic setting offered by Malaga Monte Parc.

If you wish you can place your bungalow on our rental section to cover the overheads of your bungalow. The income generated from renting out your bungalow is dependant on the internal design. E.g. a 2 bedroom bungalow would not generate the same rental as a 3 bedroom bungalow. We would anticipate a return of 8% for a 3 bedroom bungalow and a return of 7% for a 2 bedroom bungalow.
