PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

If you are interested in renting your property out, but question how much control you want, then look at the following two packages. These have been designed to offer cost effectiveness and flexibility. All prices are inclusive of IVA.

Initial deposit of 100 EUR - for minor purchases
75 EUR per month – no commission on each booking

We do not charge a commission on each booking made as the owners are taking the bookings themselves.

This package includes:

• Displaying your property on our web site with 4 photographs and detailed description of the accommodation, locality and facilites.
• All enquires will go direct to the owner, who will administer the finances and invoices themselves.
• The owner will inform Freedom Holidays of any bookings and airport pick ups they may require. (charged separately)
• Owner pays all bills
• The owner will give advance notice of any cleans they may require. (cleans are charged separately).
• Freedom holidays will provide a food welcome basket (charged separately)
• Freedom holidays will ensure that any pick ups and cleans are arranged.
• Freedom holidays will be the keyholders of the property
• Freedom holidays will inspect the property once monthly
• Freedom holidays will inspect gas bottles, and refill when necessary
• Freedom holidays will check for any pest invasion
• Freedom holidays will inform owners of any concerns
• 1 months notice of cancellation of deposit is required

This includes:

• Displaying your property on our web site with 4 photographs and detailed description of the accommodation, locality and facilites.
• All enquires will go direct to Freedom Holidays, who will take on the administration and bookings inclusive of the IVA (16%)
• Owner will pay all bills.
• Freedom Holidays will arrange any airport pick ups customers require (charged separately).
• Freedom holidays will provide a food welcome basket (charged separately)
• Freedom holidays will ensure that any cleans are arranged (charged separately depending on size of property).
• Freedom holidays will be the keyholders of the property
• Freedom holidays will inspect the property once monthly
• Freedom holidays will inspect gas bottles
• Freedom holidays will inform owners of any concerns
• Freedom holidays will check for any pest invasion
• Owners will inform Freedom holidays of any bookings they have made themselves or any personal use they may be requiring.
• 1 month notice of cancellation of deposit is required.

These packages do not include pool cleaning and gardening services. We can forward contact details of people who are able to provide these services and negotiate with the owner direct.
