VILLA LOCATION
Villa Audreyada is located a short walk to the beach with restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance. From the holiday villa the coastal town of La Cala de Mijas is close by with Fuengirola just a short drive.

Villa Audreyada is well placed just 650 yards from the main coastal road and 4 miles west of Fuengirola. The residential area of Las Farolas is well established on Mijas Costa and the property is located at the end
of a cul de sac.

Within 5 minutes walk is a local supermarket, bars and selection of restaurants. Pedestrian access to the beach is made via the bridge at the bottom of the road. The pretty coastal town of La Cala de Mijas is 1 ½ miles to the west. The twice weekly open market is full of atmosphere and the town itself has a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Its beach is very popular with families and is serviced by several beach restaurants.

The bustling resort of Fuengirola has a lot to offer with several shopping centres and unlimited bars, restaurants and nightlife. Its 4 mile promenade is very attractive to families, walkers and joggers! An enjoyable day can always be spent at the Mijas Aquapark which is just off the Fuengirola by pass.

For golfers the property is adjacent to El Chaparral Golf, however, the surrounding countryside is covered with further choices. Watersports, boat rides and dolphin trips can all be found at the marina in Fuengirola.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Villa Audreyada is a comfortable, air conditioned/heated, south-facing bungalow style property set in mature gardens. The family sized accommodation is pleasantly furnished and comfortable.

Villa Audreyada benefits from a roomy and modern sun-lounge to the side of the villa which is air conditioned/heated. This is perfect for dining and relaxing during the chillier days that are sometimes experienced early and late season.

The remaining accommodation comprises of a hallway with a well fitted kitchen and breakfast bar leading off. To the left is a triple aspect air conditioned/heated lounge with dining area and a fireplace. 1 set of patio doors lead through to the sun lounge and another set of patio doors open out to the front covered terrace.

To the right of the front door is a corridor with bedrooms leading off. The air conditioned/heated double bedroom has a double aspect with patio doors through to the front covered terrace, an en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms are also air conditioned/heated with fitted wardrobes and garden views. Both share a separate shower room. There is also a useful, glazed utility room with access to the rear garden.

The lounge, sun lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

The interior of the house benefits from plenty of natural light and has cooling terracotta flooring throughout. There is plenty of space for outdoor family meals on the L shaped terrace at the front of the property which faces the pool. Level lawned areas around the pool provide space for sunbathing. There is street parking.
