VILLA LOCATION
Villa Los Galapagos is just short walk from the coast at Mijas Costa. The area has its own commercial centre and good choice of shops, bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk of the Villa.

Villa Los Galapagos is ideally located 300 yards from beach on the Mijas Costa. Riviera del Sol is an established residential area with a small commercial centre, supermarkets, numerous bars and restaurants all within two minutes walk of the property. Riviera del Sol is ¾ miles west of the very Spanish resort of La Cala de Mijas, which has a thriving twice weekly open market. The town has supermarkets, traditional shops and several good fish restaurants along its attractive promenade.

The busier resort of Fuengirola is 6¾ miles west and provides all amenities necessary for an enjoyable holiday. The beaches and 4 mile long promenade are very popular and the town's water park is a must for old and young alike!

West of Riviera del Sol is the thriving residential area of Calahonda and then continuing down to Marbella, a 20 minute drive, are several smaller residential areas each with its own commercial centres and shops. Cabopino Marina is 10 minutes drive and is an attractive venue for lunch or dinner. Cabopino as well as Fuengirola port offer watersports, dolphin and fishing trips. Golfers can enjoy the Miraflores Club which is adjacent to Riviera del Sol although the area is surrounded by many other courses. Access to the airport is good via the inland toll motorway which also makes journeys to other areas of Andalucia much easier.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Villa Galapagos is a pleasant property located just below street level with accommodation on one floor and a heated pool. Steps lead down to the front patio and along to the front door. From here there is also access to the rear of the property via a side gate.

Off the hallway to the left is a roomy, fitted kitchen with views of the front patio. To the right, an archway leads through to the spacious, open plan lounge/dining room which is air conditioned/heated at no extra cost and has a fireplace. Full width windows open onto the covered, south facing terrace that enjoys pool and garden views. A seperate door leads out onto this terrace.

The co-ordinated master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors through to the rear terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a small twin bedroom both with garden views. These rooms all share a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, the front patio is paved with raised flower beds and mature shrubs.

The rear garden has a swimming pool heated at no extra cost surrounded by level lawn areas and mature shrubs and trees. The south facing rear terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing and has steps down to the pool and garden. There is street parking.
